What is Chiropractic and what do we treat?

Can I use my health insurance?

We are registered with several health insurance companies. These include Vitality, Aviva, Cigna, PruHealth, WPA and SimplyHealth. Emma is registered with AXA/PPP.

To use your health insurance, please call your health insurance company and get your authorisation code and number of pre authorised sessions. Many health insurance companies ask you to get a referral letter from your GP. GPs are happy to do this.

Before your session: Please e-mail us on contact@fenchurchchiro.co.uk your authorisation code, name and number of sessions, so that we can invoice your health insurance company.

Vitality Patients: Please e-mail us your membership number, aswell as your authorisation number, so that we can invoice vitality directly.

For cash plans please ask for your PDF receipt upon payment, this will be instantly e-mailed to you, so that you can send it to your health insurance company. It automatically has all the clinic's information you should need, to make a smooth claim with your insurance company.
